Provisional Licence, can my husband apply on spouse visa?

Provisional Licence, can my husband apply on spouse visa?

Hi my husband has been granted settlement visa (Spouse Visa) and has arrived in the UK. Can my husband apply for a Provisional Licence straight away?

Or is there a certain number of days he has to apply after?

Your help would be much appreciated!

Yes, as long as you can fulfil other requirements of the licence i.e. reference from someone/professional body etc.
Feb 2012 - Spouse Visa - New Delhi
Mar 2012 - Documents collected - VISA Granted
March 2014 - ILR Granted
Apr 2015 - Applied for Naturalisation
Nov 2015 - Naturalised
