Stayed out of the UK over 90 days

I am due for ILR in Sept 2012. So far I am able to meet all the required criteria. The only thing I'm not sure is that I stayed out of the UK for 102 days in single trip! Is it going to be a problem?

going by the rules you are clearly in breach. if you can provide valid explanation then it may be discreetly permissible

I was meant to be away for 6 weeks only. Towards the supposed return date of my visit I fell ill. Consulted doctor and blood reports showed Typhoid. Doctor advised me 6 weeks complete bed rest. Again i'm not sure if its a valid reason!!!

Yes, I have doctors letter/certificate and Lab reports.

I believe that is a valid reason so put all the evidence in your application & you should be fine
