So, call them, they must talk to you, if it didn't work try to push it through your MP

Also you may consider write to them at least once a month

I have called them one time and the lady told me to do not call again until i reached to 6 months however, i see some of my friends who received letter for the ceremony not even in three months time. i desperately waiting since then.
