Visa status query

My wife applied for a spous visa, and I was checking the worldbridge tracking service, and as of yesterday, the status changed to
Visa decision ready for pick up by Applicant or Courier company 

Today, my wife got a text saying, your visa has been returned.

The problem is that the weather outside is snowy, hence difficult for my wife to go to the worldbridge office, and tomorrow and the day after are public holidays so its closed!

I would like to know the status from now. Does saying your visa has been returned means it is accepted? Or it can still have the possibility of being rejected. Also, as my wifeis iraqi but applied in jordan, they sometimea return the passport before they make a decision, but the status says visa decision ready to pick up, so doea that mean they have made a decision? Or is that a general comment that they put as a status update when the passport is ready to be picked up, regardless if they made a decision or not.

The tracking of a visa does not reveal if it was accepted or not. It is just a parcel tracking service that contains your passport.

Hi. That message is a simple notification to you that your application has been processed and ready for collection.

It does not indicate if a Visa has been issued or refused. Only when you go and collect it will you find out.
