My mother Visa

My mother Visa

Guys

I am on Tier 1.

My father passed away last month and now my mother is alone back in country (Pakistan). All my sisters and brothers are married.

Being eldest in family, I want to bring my mother here to UK with me, will she be my dependent now? or will I have to apply for her visit visa?

Please do guide me on this, really appreciated.

you cannot sponsor your mother as a dependent whilst you are on Tier 1 general.
