BRP Enquiry for my Tier 1 Entrepreneur App

App Type: Switching to Tier 1 Entrepreneur
Previous Catagory: Tier 1 PSW


My querry is that I had my BRP taken when I applied for PSW visa about two years ago. Does that mean that I won't have to go through for the BRP process again?

I spoke with few Immigration Consultants and most of them say that I probably won't be asked for it.

The only reason for asking this is that the process shall prolong the application process and having not to go for BRP shall save me waiting time.

Very bad immigration consultants you contacted... you need to pass biometrics every time you apply for visa which require them.

Even if you passed them many times already. They say they do it to double check your identity. Check UKBA website, there is info there.
