Spouse Visa Issued whats next step

I am married to a British Citizen and i was issued with spouse visa last Sept. and since then we have been living together in the U.K. What should be the next course of action....i mean do i apply for ILR or something else??.......Please advise....Thanks.

Yes. You apply for ILR when you have completed 2 years residence.

To apply for ILR what kind of paper work would be needed. So that i can start preparing from now on.

Read through form SET(M) on the UKBA website....although this may change before you are due to apply for ILR.
You will need to pass the Life in the UK test (KOL) or complete an approved ESOL course with citizens content before applying.

Thanks for the reply and the links.

I read through the details on the link which only specifies on the Life in the UK test and Biometrics.
I just need to know what kind of other paperwork i.e. bank statements of our joint account etc. or what similar paper work needs to be maintained.....

Please advise.

go through section 11 of the SET(M) application form which explains the documents you need.
