i need some information. my employer advertise job on jobcenter and reed.co.uk. but the problem is in jobcenter advertise not showing required skill and education for this job there just showing job duties becuase when employee upload job that time job text was very large thats why jobcenter not showing all detail but in reed.co.uk all information available mean education and required skill.
my question is ( is this ok for resident labour market test ?)because according to UKBA job advertise must show all information related job. i am very confuse becuase if my employer change advertisement then he will loss days.
