About Tier 1 General Dependent ESOL exam

Hi There,

We are on Tier 1 General visa in old rules (before April 2010 3+2 ).

I heard in Tier 1 General visa extension dependent required for english exam (ESOL).

Who had not done their Bechlor or Master Degree in English Medium?

Can you please tell me does my wife need to give that exam?

I called today in home office customer care.
Customer care executive told me she don't need to give this exam as per current rules.

If Tier 1 General visa rules will change then she need.

Some visa agent told me she need to give this exam so i am confused.

Can you please help me?

How much balance we need to keep in bank & how many month for each dependent?

ask the 'visa agent' to refer you to the relevent law on the UKBA website - he will not be able to as it does not exist. I hope you didn't pay for the advice.
