HERE GOES MY STORY;
2007 ARRIVED UK FOR ACCA

2007- 2010 COMPLETED FUNDAMENTAL AND PROFESSIONAL LEVELS ACCA (EXCEPT FINAL 2 PAPERS)

ALL THIS WHILE I WAS ON STUDENT VISA

2010 DECIDED TO PURSUE AN MSC GOT A CAS AND APPLIED FOR FLR
GOT REFUSED IN 2010, DUE TO MAINTENANCE.
2011, CONTINUED MSC, BUT APPEALED AND AFTER 2ND APPEAL, I WON
UKBA GAVE ME DISCRETIONARY LEAVE FOR JUST ONE MONTH. SINCE I COULD NOT SWITCH BACK TO TIER 4, HAD TO TRAVEL BACK HOME TO REAPPLY FOR TIER 4 TO COMPLETE DISSERTATION
I WENT BACK OCT 2011, CAME BACK DEC 2011 ON TIER 4 VISA, WHICH WAS TO EXPIRE FEB
SUBMITTED DISSERTATION IN FEB AND VISA WAS EXPIRING
DECIDED TO EXTEND LEAVE TO COMPLETE ACCA (2 PAPERS)
SAT FOR PTE, MET ALL CONDITIONS, BUT I WAS REJECTED DUE TO ISSUE OF ESTABLISHED PRESENCE.

NOW FINAL RESULTS FROM MSC HAS BEEN RELEASED, BUT MAINTENANCE NOT YET 90 DAYS, UNTIL MARCH ENDING.

DO I APPEAL THE TIER 4 REFUSAL OR JUST WAIT TILL MARCH ENDING TO DO AN OUT OF TIME APPLICATION

Don't use CAPS.

Don't "demand" a reply. This is a free forum and members will reply whenever they have time or have knowledge about your question. And this is not a paid subscription forum. It's Free after all ..

Experts doesn't always have to reply to posts or have the time to do it. Look at the number of questions asked daily.

Be patience.

I'm sure no one is purposely avoiding you. I did read your question but your case seems too complicated thus didn't give you a reply.

I think if you are in deep sh*t you must consult a professional ASAP. Say an immigration solicitor who can help you with a fee.
In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on :)
