Biometric Residence Permit

Dear All
I am new here and applying for extension of Tier 1.
Just a quick question - do i need to provide a separate form for Biometric residence permit? Or its included in TIER 1 form itself.

Also, my initial leave was granted in Dublin, Ireland in march 2009. I do not remember if my finger prints were taken then. Any suggestions please?

I do not think so.. Tier 1 Application should be enough

Not sure if UKBA has applied these rules through out all the centres out of UK...I have given my biometrics in India on Mar 2009..

1. Use only the Tier 1 form. There is no special form for biometrics

2. You will need to give biometrics for this application regardless of what happened in 2009.

There are a couple of sticky topics on biometrics. It may be useful for you to read through them.
