PSW booking

Hi all, I want to apply for PSW in person but online booking was not available.

As I need my passport at the end of April, I want to make it in person if possible. for other type of extension of stay, i experienced some cases without booking I could still go in person and wait until they have a gap so I can make an application. is that also possible for PSW? or, I will have to apply by post. Am I likely to receive my passport back in 40 days of time?
