CAN CURRENT TIER 2 APPLY 4 settlement

although govt announced that migrants coming under tier2 will not be getting ILR. is this rule also for current tier 2 workers? i am on tier 2 since jan 2012 before that on tier 1 and before that on tier 2. had been in uk for past 2 years. working as doctor and right now as trainee doctor in medicine. ive granted tier 2 for next 3 years means till 2015.
