Can I go to PEO?????

Hi all...friends I'm still waiting for my student extension visa...it's been 6months now... I got my degree nd eligible for PSW...

Now, my question is can I go to PEO to make my PSW application as "variation of application" instead of sending by post...I got an appointment from liverpool PEO on 19th march.

Please kindly reply...
