i am going to apply for indefinite leave to remain next month. i cam here two years ago on a spouse visa . i am working full time since that time but my wife is not working and claiming chilled benefits and claiming working tax credit because i am working full time and the letter we have recieve from HM Revenue on that showing my name aswell for claiming tax credit however my wife applied for us as a joined claim . other than that i am not claiming any tax. i just wants to knw is this can make any problem for me for indefinite leave to remain.

Should not cause problems. Child benefit can be claimed by your spouse (assuming British passport holder or similar).

Child tax credits and working tax credits have to be claimed jointly.

Get your wife to include a brief explanation of the situation.
