Spouse visa on old style work permit

Hi,
I am going to apply ILR soon and my wife is on my spouse visa since Feb. 2011.
I am on old style work permit since april 2007, which form i should use for her- FLR(M) or SET(O)?
A friend of mine told me that she can also apply ILR along with me, can any one confirm this?

Can anyone advice me please, old style work permit means before pbs? If i have to contact home office what is the contact number or email id.
