Tier 1 Extension - Child - Vignette or BRP card

I will be extending my Tier 1 General visa shortly and would like to know whether my daughter who is 16 months old will get a vignette on her passport or a BRP card?

Last year when i applied for her initial visa, they applied a vignette on her passport..

She would not be providing any Biometrics and hence she will not get a BRP.

Hope that makes sense.
