Dependent Visa

I am applying for study visa under TIER 4 Policy with my husband as he will be on dependent status. My real mother willing to sponsor me with my Father n Law any one would please suggest me that what should I do now to?

1) Should I apply with my husband along with two sponsors ?

OR

2) Should I apply alone without my husband?

You can show maintenance money provided by your parents for your application, but your dependant can only show money provided by you or himself. He can't apply on the basis that you are providing maintenance if, in reality, that money is not actually yours to provide. Unless you can show his maintenance in your bank account (or in his bank account) for the previous 28 days, then he should wait and apply when the circumstances are appropriate.
