Hi, one of my friend has applied for PSW on 26th Jan 2012 and she has not yet received her acknowledgment letter. its more than a month now and she is really worried about her application status. is there any way she can come to know about her application status or the case reference number?

What payment method was used for the application fee?

It was Bank Direct Debit

which postal service u used for delivery ? if it is a recoded delivery means track it and find out whether it was delivered to UKBA or not if delivered u can call them and ask about the acknowledgment.

if money withdrawn from your account means your application process started but some times it may miss in postal so just call them and ask for your biometric & acknowledgement.
