FLR application with ILR approval letter ?

Post by ssgs » Mon Mar 05, 2012 12:03 pm

Hi,

My husband got his ILR approved on Friday and I am now applying for my FLR this week by person (premium service) at Croydon. [I am currently in the UK as a Tier 1 dependant. ]

My husband has not received his Biometric card yet and I believe it may take upto a week. Hence, can I submit my husband's ILR approval letter ? Will this be enough ?

Thanks

I am sure you will be able to prove your husband’s ILR with the letter as Home Office can check his visa status in their systems anyway.

Make sure you tell them in cover letter that your husband has recently got ILR and hasn’t received card yet.

Got the BRP card

Post by ssgs » Tue Mar 06, 2012 10:17 am

Hi all,

My husband's BRP card arrived today. All well. He had his ILR approved only on 2nd March (Friday), so it has taken just 3 working days for it to arrive.

I am now planning to apply for my FLR(M) tomorrow at Croydon.

Cheers !

That’s great news ssgs !

That means Home Office is not taking long to send the BRP Cards for PEO applications.
