Plz Help me folks

I have applied for PSW and currently my application is under process. Each & Every thing is fine,,,there is no problem whatsoever in my application.

I have one question, Actually on 18/04/2011 my University imposed me the penalty of
"A First Written Warning"

for my misconduct & the "COPY" of that warning is placed on my student record for
"ONE YEAR" which is till 18/04/2012.

This penalty was imposed at a "Summary Hearing" & the matter was not even taken to the "Disciplinary Committee".

After completing my degree my University gave me the "PSW letter", "Degree" & "Detailed Marks Sheet".

I did not mention this in my application form (PSW) because, There was no "Court Case" or "Police" involved in this matter.

Would it effect the outcome of my application???

If the misconduct was sanctioned only by the university then you are relatively safe.
