Same Application form with Different Information

Hello
Please I need your advise on my issue.I submitted dependant application form i.e 14 feb. form on the 27th of february,2012. But to my surprise when I was going through the form again during the weekend, I discovered some informations are missing on my own. For example,section D of the biometric,D3 of my own did not ask ask me to go to any question what it ask is:
where is your biometric now?
Tick the reason that applies:
Stolen
Lost
Expired and returned to the uk border agency
Elsewhere in the uk border agency.
Please I hope this form will still be accepted by home office since they were the one that made the mistake.
