Once you receive biometric letter, is it possible to book appointment anywhere or is the location e.g croydon clearly mentioned on the letter?

Not too sure what you exactly mean? Biometric letter usually gives you options to book an appointment at any of the PEOs or a post office. I have not heard of anyone specifically told to go to one office only

i applied with a dependant , what i need to know that is it possible to give biometrics to any PEO location e,g Glasgow,Liverpool, croydon?

Yes its possible. The letter should tell you this

you can book appointment at any PEO. i gave biometric at a post office that wasnt suggested to me in the list that came with the biometric letter
