Submitting via post

Hi All,
Sorry if this has been discussed before...those who are submitting application via post, how do you submit the 53 page form? staple all the pages ( a bit difficult) or use a folder or something else? I remember seeing on the forum that photos should not be stapled rather they should be put in an envelope but don't recall seeing anything about the form.

I didn't staple the pages together and I left out the explanatory pages.
