Are applications accepted one week before the 5th April?

Hi all, the PSW scheme ends on 5th April, does that mean they will still process any new applications even on one week before? If so, what are the chances of them approving the application?

The soonest I can apply for the visa is the 27th March as I need my passport to travel before then. I will be submitting from my home country, does that matter too??

And in the event my application gets refused, will we be refunded our application fees?

you can apply on or before 5th April. Applications fees are not refunded for unsucessful applications, you pay for the application to be considered, not for the visa to be issued.
