Sending documents after submitting application

Post by harpreetjagdey » Wed Mar 07, 2012 9:39 pm

Hello All
My current leave expires on 28 march. I am waiting for my latest bank statement (for maintenance) to arrive which i ordered around 10 days ago. They sent me a wrong one so i have to wait for another few days i guess. I have ad hoc statement printed by bank branch on letter head and stamped signed by them. The issue is that there are printings on the logo and name of the bank which are unfortunately not possible to avoid (as per bank). But my name, a/c no. etc can be clearly seen so as the transactions.

My question is - if i submit my application now (by post) and send the original bank statement when i receive it, would it be alright/possible?

Also, do i need to submit separate statements to show previous earning and maintenance? or they can refer to statements from the earning section?

Thanks

regards
Harpreet

as you are planning to send a postal application, can you not wait until you receive the new statement and submit all together prior to the expiry of your current leave ?

I certainly can, perhaps it would be too late to apply?

you can apply anytime prior to the expiry of your current leave - even on the last day (if you send by royal mail) is acceptable.
Though I won't suggest to wait until last day but as you still have around 20 days, so better wait and submit everything together.

Thank you for giving me some confidence.

What about sending separate statements for previous earnings section and maintenance funds? I am using the same account to prove this.

thanks

No, you don't need. Same statement can be used to support both earning and maintenance fund.
