As a summary: They want to move to the EU, not just visit? If so - where do they want to move to? Just to "anywhere"?johny_english wrote:the nationalities are

No - a passport does not matter. What matters is that the non-EU national is married to an EU-national. End-of-story. This fact alone allows them to move to the EU (in most cases, which could be established if you´d answer my questions).johny_english wrote:hi can someone tell please
in the case above how important is 2006 passport of eu national if they apply visa for her husband can embassy staff ask that and refuse visa on that if they dont have it thanks
