I'm asking on behalf of my friend,

my mate is British and has a son with her ex partner. Shes been claiming single person, house rent council tax child tax and benefit income support, for around 2 years.

She now has a new boyfriend who is a student on visa for four years, he's from Nigeria.

She wanted to find a job to get married to her new boyfriend but she found out she is having a baby,

she dont work, will not find work cause shes pregnant and they live together can she still claim benefits or no or will they have to pay rent and everything, he can only work 20hours..

need help fast please
