Hi everyone,
i understand you can't get a specific set answer but am just looking for averages really on people that has dealt with the upper tribunal,my appeal has been with the listing team since december and no hearing date has been set yet. I would like to know on average how long it takes to get a hearing date from the upper tribunal please, thanks

There is currently a backlog at the upper tribunal.I don't know how long the backlog is.You could phone the upper tribunal and ask.

i have been calling the 0300 123 1711 number, which was the number that was on the letter i have received from the tribunal services since the first tier tribunal which was held in newport
