Waiting for passport (lost?)

BRP / visa approved: 29 Feb
BRP received: 1 Mar
Passport NOT received within ten days (did not enclose a special delivery envelope).

Is there any way to know what they / the post office have done to the passport & should I be concerned about all this? Thanks
