Update on my situation.

I thought, I should make you guys aware of my current situation.

As you probably know, My case has gone for Judicial review, on the human right basis, I have spent nearly 10 years in uk, from the age of 14 to 24, i am dependent on my brother who is british, my other relatives have also signed the petition, provided me with about 30 british passport copies, which are all in court for JR. my achievment in the uk, education..
no criminal record,

second thing i came to know, that i recived the letter from UKBA , that my case is in older application and it will be considered by Case Resoulution Department (CRD), which never was considered by home office, because they first thought they did not send me this letter, also they have two records for my name,

now, my solictor has sent the second file as well saying I come under legacy as well.

Please share your experince where do i stand of getting the visa on these two basis?

Contact your caseworker at CRD and asked him when your case will be concluded. You can use MP and PAP if you have been waitng for too long .You have good chance to granted there.
