Hi,

I have received my ILR under HSMP judicial review category. I will be visiting my home country soon and just want to find out what kind of questions can I expect from the immigration officer ?

I initially came in this country on student visa in 2004. Finished my degree and then applied for HSMP. Got the approval and went back to home country to get the HSMP stamp. I did work more than 20 hours during the time I was on student visa. Is it possible IO officer at heathrow can find this information and can revoke the ILR ?

The immigration officer at heathrow cannot revoke your ILR.When i arrived at heathrow early this year i was prepared for lots of questions...they only asked me how long i have been away for and that was it.


Your ILR can only be revoked in certain circumstances ie like serious criminality.
