umberilla company : might be Ltd as well

You can take PAYSLIPS from both even 3 companies and can combine wages to score required points

Mostly companies in UK are LTD, so will not effect as longer your wages is done by PAYROLL department on blue wageSlips

You can show as many income as you wish.

But you have to proof your income with documents.

esmsi has pretty much summed it up anyway but if you are after where it says in the Tier 1 General Policy Guidance:
98. An applicant’s overall total earnings can include those from several sources of work, including a combination of salaried employment and self-employed activities.

99. Earnings do not need to have been with a single employer.
