Advice / Fiance Visa / Brazilian Nationals

I've just received an e-mail form the consulate (NOT WorldBridge). It reads:

"Has been issued."

I'm really annoyed because it doesn't make it clear! Have any of you received this e-mail? If so, did you also receive your visa later? Thanks!

You applied for a document (visa) and that document has been issued. It could not be any clearer. Your application has been returned could be considered as a neutral statement but what you have received in positive indication of a successful application. Trust me!
