i applied for my ilr yestrday and provided bank statements under me and my wife's name,plus some of her student loan and uni letters and letter from lanlord saying am living on this address since 20th of nov,2009 and paying 430 including all bills etc.i got my flr m visa on 6th of april 2010.
But case worker said its not enough and gave me a letter tht i have to provide more co hab proof swithin 14 days.
but as it says on the form letter from lanlord will be enough if v dont have enough bills.
i do have some bt bills and one year water bill and just revived the water bill for this year aswell. so even though thy under my name but the lanlord pays for these bills.so shud i send them to ukba 2 bt bills and 2 water bills+aready provided 3 bank statements,3 letters from student loan company and 2 letters from uni on my spouse name.
So if i provide bills under our name wht are chances of me getting ilr as previous letter from landlord says my rent include bills(as it does coz all bills gets minus from my rent)
