Tier 1 Letter

Post by Raj422 » Sat Mar 10, 2012 1:19 pm

Hi,

I am due for ILR renewal in May 12. I have my original letter of HSMP approval which was issued in 2007.But I don't have extension Tier1 point letter which was issued in 2009. Will it cause any problem?

Please suggest.
Regards

No you need not worry as this letter is not required for sure. The tier 1 visa is stamped in your passport hence no need for either of the letters.
