ILR and premium service

Post by auzaman » Sat Mar 10, 2012 1:38 pm

Hi All,
My current leave as a Tier 1 General Migrant will expire on 25th of April 2012 . I know I can apply for ILR by post 28 days before this date. Just wanted to know if I can do the same if I want to apply in person using the premium service? So example, If I apply in person on 1st of April 2012, will they consider my case ? as techinically I would still be short of almost 24 days to complete the 5years period.

Thanks

Hi auzaman,
Are you completing 5 years of first entry clearance or 5 years of entering the UK. I am also in similar situation, so need helping hand.
