Hi,

I have got ILR in January 2012. My question is " Can i apply for Student Finance loan to do a masters in september 2012? will it effect my naturalisation and british passport application."

Yes u can apply for student loan but not to "Student finace England" as they don't give out any loans or grants to any post graduate student. They only deal with undergraduate applicants.
And no it won't affect ur application because you are applying for a loan just like ur mortagage. Hope that helps
