What is the last date to apply for PSW?

What is the last date to apply for PSW?

Hi, it's been almost a year since I got my master's degree, didn't apply for PSW, but wanna know what is the last day for applying? the year starts from the date Diploma was issued?

Yes, one year from the date of award but PSW is closing to new applications in April this year.

so if the date on Diploma is 24 March I can still apply before that day?
