Visa stamp date 12th June 2008 .... Entered 29th June 2008
Extension applied ... Visa valid till 12th June 2013.

Should I apply ILR on 14th May 2013 .... OR ..... 1st June 2013?

Hi,

What should be the ILR date if HSPM Visa was stamped on is 28-01-2008 (Incountry)....

31-12-2012 or 02-01-2013 Begin 01-01-2013 as new year Holiday..

Please clarify...
