Documents Req for Selfemployed

Hi to all , I m going to apply for my tier 1 ext at end of may I just read the guidelineS but I m bit confuse is any one help me what documents I have to show for selfemploment ... I m employ and selfemploy as well In selfemploment I getting mony from 3 companies in which 2 companies are paying direct to my account with there name and 3rd one by cheque and cash .... If any one help me it will b very great help for me and others Thanks
