ILR Set (O) sent, can I submit additional documents now..

Post by zeeshop » Sun Mar 11, 2012 1:54 pm

Hi,

I already applied my ILR on 10 year long residency basis using Set (O) form. nearly 3 weeks ago.

My wife and kids received their ILR under legacy, which is totally separate case from me.
in my application, I didn't included reference of my family, but now I realise that I should include them.

Can I send my kids birth certificates/ copies of their ILR with covering letter now and request HO to add this in my original application when considering my application.

Awaiting reply and help/ Suggestion.

Regards

Hi all,
Further to my previous messages, can someone please advise do I have to send original ILR documents of my Wife and Kids, or Photocopies will be sufficient. if photocopy, do these need to be attested and from who?

Many Thanks.

I don't think you have to send original ILR documents, as they were issued by the UKBA.
