60 days absence during 5 years - unpaid leave

Post by No_Prob » Sun Mar 11, 2012 6:48 pm

Hi,

Please help.... very near applying for ILR, just a point if 60 continous days unpaid leave during my 5 year stay would be any issue? Do I need to take any supporting doucments to prove continous residence?

Thanx

If your total absences in 5 years are less than 180 days and in any single trip, you didn’t stay out of UK more than 90 days, then you will be fine and don’t need to explain anything.
