Thanks Vinny

There is a formal procedure or form to send new documentation and new form or I just should send with a covering letter to Durham?

Should I use the form " change of circumstances " ? and attach there the SETM plus any other documentation I would like to send ?

I think that a covering letter with your UKBA ref, your full name, etc., may be sufficient. Don't forget to keep a copy of what you send for your records.

If you have already paid the correct amount, then it may not be necessary?
