hi everyone.
i have aquestion to ask please.
i have a multiple visa entry to uk , my husband is studying there and he has a tier 4 student visa(PBS). i am intending to visit my husband with my new born child and want to apply for her under the tier 4 child dependent visa. i was told that the dependent child visa can not be given to a child unless both parents are living in the uk or one of them is applying at the same time with the child. i want to know if this is true.
can you please help.
