What shud i do if i have to change address ilr set(m)

Hi
I applied for ilr on set m form at croydon peo and was ask to provide more documents and letters under me and my spouse name which i am going to tommarow. But in a meanwhile i have to leave this address in next 10 days as this property has been sold and new landlord wants it empty to carry our refurbishment of the property.So wht shud i do? am i able to change the address so i dont loose any letters?
