Parking Fine

Parking Fine

I had a car parking fine by council . I had disputed it and my case now is before the Parking Appeal Services (Tribunal ). It is pending since Nov.2011.

Should I mentioned it on my form under civil category ?

Advice appreciated .

You only have to mention what "YOU ARE CONVICTED OF". You are not yet being convicted. You would not need to mention this under criminal conviction section
