Settlement Visa-Intreview In Native Language

Post by satish333 » Mon Mar 12, 2012 8:03 pm

Hi there kindly respond with your experience.

Thanks in advance.

Would it effect the visa, if applicant puts native language in the settlement visa application for the question "If we need to interview you, what language would you like to use in the interview? "

No, it's a right. But you have to appreciate that interviews are extremely rare. The overwhelming vast majority of visa decisions are made on the evidence provided.
