settlement dependent

Post by sunilkhatri » Tue Mar 13, 2012 3:04 pm

I had Tier 2 visa and my wife had tier 2 dependent. Our visa was going to finish on jan 2013. But last month I hot indefinite leave to UK but my wife has still tier 2 dependent visa. should she change her visa status from tier 2 dependent to settled person's dependent immediately? or she can stay here till jan 2013 in tier 2 dependent and directly apply for Indefinte leave to UK during this period? Could you anyone answer this query, plz
