Help With P.C.P Visa and benefits

I am disabled living in the U.K. all my life, my partner wants to come from the U.S.A on a proposed civil partnership andnthey are a student and have around 4.500 dollars but i get Disability Living Allownace and income support and premiems on top of the Income support what are our changes of him getting in we have got all the things they ask for with him coming here last year and us arranging the civil partnership last year and then him going back home to finish off his studys and coming back in just under the one year so we can get the civil partnership, his parents have said they will support him financially and are sending there bank statements with his application but there not rich and i have said i will support him our plan is for him to come and get our wedding within 2 weeks of him coming and then applying for F.L.M so he can find a job staight away, but as i get disabilitys will this stop us as i get full housing and council tax benefit also any help please thank you
